Take the First Step Towards the Life You Deserve at Our Premier Addiction Treatment Programs in New Jersey.
For clients who do not live at the SOBA New Jersey addiction recovery facility but who do need consistent treatment, we offer outpatient treatment services to keep them on track and healthy. We have two forms of outpatient treatment programs: Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient. Both programs provide clinical care and a more flexible recovery schedule than compared to short-term residential options.
Not sure what type of outpatient treatment program is right for you? Nothing to worry about. A foundational principle of our outpatient rehab in New Jersey is to make our clients comfortable and confident in their recovery from the first minute they spend with us. Our intake specialists – who you can see in-person or over the phone – would be happy to figure out what outpatient treatment option would be the best for you based on the unique details of your addiction, expectations, overall health, and more.
Our outpatient treatment programs include the following and more:
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) in Camden County, New Jersey can be utilized by drug addiction and alcohol rehab clients alike. It is ideal for people who can benefit from professional addiction treatment sessions at a rate of more than once a week. Overall, IOP sessions last 9 hours each week, which is typically spread across three or more days.
Benefits of IOP include:

Overall, the outpatient services we offer at SOBA New Jersey mirror our intensive outpatient care options, but at a reduced amount of treatment time. Weekly outpatient care will be fewer than 9 treatment hours, with some clients needing as few as 3 hours across a few days of the week. This program is designed to allow you to maintain abstinence from alcohol and drugs while developing relapse prevention skills.
Like IOP, the outpatient treatment plan offers our clients increased scheduling flexibility while they recover. Most people who use this program agree that it is easy to maintain a work-life-recovery balance, especially toward the end of the treatment plan when only a single 1-hour treatment session each week is necessary.
“I have been to other treatment centers and was never successful in maintaining sobriety. Thank you so much to Soba for helping me get my life back on track. I look forward to my future!”
"The entire staff of SOBA is there for you...and give you the resources and strength to stay well. They showed me that there's nothing wrong with asking for help and carried me when I didn't have the strength or will to stand on my own.”
“If you want top-quality care then SOBA is the place to be. The staff from top to bottom are caring, understanding & well educated on addiction. If you want your life back then put your trust in SOBA.”
Ideally, clients who enroll in an outpatient program – intensive or otherwise – will already be toward the end of their alcohol or drug rehab journey.
