Amy is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive training and experience in addressing addiction and mental health challenges. With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from Imperial College London, she brings a unique blend of psychological insight and social work expertise to her practice. Her academic journey culminated in a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University with certifications in addictions counseling and gambling counseling, where she developed a deep understanding of the complexities of human behavior and emotional wellbeing. As a licensed social worker (LSW) Amy is committed to continuous professional development and is currently pursuing the Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) certification. In her practice, Amy employs evidence-based techniques tailored to the specific circumstances of each client, fostering an environment of trust and empowerment. Her compassionate, client-centered philosophy aims to not only alleviate symptoms but also to inspire meaningful, lasting change in the lives of those she serves
