Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for alcohol and drug rehab clients. It’s ideal for those who can benefit from professional addiction treatment more than once per week. The Intensive Outpatient Program consists of 9 hours of treatment services per week.
IOP offers a level of flexibility, allowing clients to receive treatment while also attending to other personal responsibilities such as school or work. We also test the strength of our clients’ sobriety in IOP. By introducing our clients to life outside of treatment and evaluating their experience and progress, we create a stronger recovery.
Outpatient services mirror Intensive Outpatient care but at a reduced amount of treatment time. Outpatient treatment consists of less than 9 treatment hours per week. Our Outpatient program is focused on maintaining abstinence from the use of alcohol and other drugs while developing relapse prevention skills.
Like IOP, the Outpatient treatment level offers our clients increased flexibility. With a lesser amount of treatment time, it allows time for life and responsibility outside of treatment. Outpatient typically begins with just 3 hours of treatment each week and through a gradual step-down process can be reduced to just 1 treatment hour per week.
Both our Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient treatmetn services are ideal for clients that are at the end of their alcohol and drug rehab journey. Outpatient services are ideal for individuals that:
Group Therapy & Individual Counseling
Topic-Oriented Discussion Groups
Introduction to Self Help
Family Education & Counseling
Our team of addiction experts evaluate each client to determine what level of outpatient treatment would be most beneficial. Our goal is to help achieve a lasting, healthy, life in recovery. In order to mitigate any form of relapse or addictive behaviors we consistently monitor our clients’ rehab progress, their physical health, and their mental health. And we are extremely careful to never move our clients through our treatment levels prematurely. For the majority of our clients it is important for them to complete detox, residential treatment, and even partial care programs before starting IOP or outpatient.
