Jesse Adams is a Case Manager at SOBA College Recovery.
Before working at SOBA College Recovery, Jesse was at Journey to Wellness in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. He is a proponent of Motivational Interviewing and an avid reader of Jane Addams and Mary Richmond, pioneers in the field of social work.
In 2016, led by his lifelong interest in politics and social justice, Jesse graduated from Eagleton’s Undergraduate Associate Class at Rutgers’s Eagleton Institute of Politics, one of only 25 students of which he was the only Social Work major.
Prior to becoming a licensed social worker, Jesse had performed over 350 times in the European production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Starlight Express and at New York City’s legendary rock club, CBGB’s with his punk band “sir”. Jesse produced an independent feature film which earned $800,000 at the worldwide box office. Jesse is fluent in German and likes to travel, having already visited 28 countries.
